AOTC division is involved with testing, recertification and repairing of various valves and pressure control equipment to the Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, chemicals and associated industries for more than a decade. Major services include Wellhead stack up testing and recertification, fugitive emission testing, In situ repair & lapping, online relief valve performance testing & repair, high pressure testing facility, large dia ESD valves repair & testing and mobile valve care service.

AOTC has overall capability to refurbish all types of valves, wellheads and related oilfield products; SSV's, such as gate valves and large pipeline ball valves / actuators. For each repair and remanufacturing project, an individual Quality Plan is drawn up, unless an existing one is deemed satisfactory.

AOTC's experienced field engineers perform vigilant inspections on any wellhead equipment’s through performance of monitoring field surveys based on clients' requirements and specifications.

Our Mobile facilities are quickly and easily deployable to support International, Offshore and On-site requirements. This can in many cases reduce the amount of time a valve is out of line, and caters for remote facilities. The division is setting a Valve Automation Center and is aiming at starting a Valve Diagnosis and condition monitoring service (pre shutdown and post shutdown survey for plant valves), Intelligent G3 condition monitoring for the critical ESDV and HIPPS valves.
